Since Alonzo showed up at the arena, he and Kevin have pushed each other to step up their bull ridin' and it's definately worked! Both of them have been ridin' real well, until Kevin broke his leg, but hey, those things happen...

Alonzo will be gone for a year but we're fairly sure he'll figure out some way to practice. Someones gotta' have a 50 gallon drum and some rope somewhere!!!

As for Kevin, he'll be takin' resumes for his next ridin' partner... (Slackers need not apply)

Ever since Alonzo started ridin' bulls at the house, he's impressed everyone with his maturity, professionalism and focus. And if you impress Stick McCall, that's sayin' a lot!!!

Sticks' taken the time to show Alonzo a lot of the basic and advanced "tricks of the trade" when it comes to ridin' bulls. And it's definately shown in his ridin'. There's something to be said for someone that puts out that kind of effort; they got charachter!

(Not real sure what Stick' doin' here, but you might wanna' send the kids outa' the room...)

(By the way, in case ya'll haven't noticed, Sexy got a hair cut and a manicure. He's feeling much better now. Still fat, but in a good way)

Here's a pic we found from back in 2007 of G.J. and Val Eason. Val would come over most every Wednesday and Sunday and sit and watch the bull riding. He loved just bein' around the cowboys and givin' advice.

See if ya'll know who this youngster is. This is Chance and Mel' oldest daughter back in 2007 at the very first Johnny Boren Memorial Bull Riding. Apparently she was plum tuckered out! I'd say she found a good place to take a nap though...
